Tour cost includes:
Accommodations on day 1 through day 12
All meals on days 2 through 11 (dinner on day 1; breakfast on day 12)
International arrival and all group transfers transfers
Internal flights (Bali-Wakatobi)
All snorkeling and park fees
All internal airport departure taxes (Bali and Wakatobi)
Tour cost does not include:
Round-trip international airfare (Please contact us with recommendations for routes or referrals to any of the several travel agents we currently work with)
Additional hotel accommodations and meals as a result of travel outside of the program dates
Visa requirements including payments
International departure taxes
Extra / overweight baggage fees
Trip insurance (recommended; (we recommend Travel Guard, World Nomads, or Travel Insure)
DAN insurance (required unless personal insurance program has worldwide emergency evacuation services)
Additional accommodations while on tour in the event of flight schedule changes or events of force majeure
Reservation deposit: $500 USD per person
January 31, 2019: $3500 USD
April 31, 2019: $3400 USD / $5900 USD (single)
Notification of cancellation must be received in writing. We provide the following cancellation policy: On or before Nov 30, 2017: Fifty percent of the deposit amount ($500 USD per person) or 100% transfer of deposit to another tour program. December 1, 2017 to January 30, 2019: Forfeiture of $500 USD deposit. January 31, 2019 to April 30, 2019: Up to 50% of tour cost. After April 30, 2019: Up to 100% of tour cost. In the event of cancellations, we will endeavor to find a replacement, in which case, arrangements can be made for partial refunds (amount to be determined as a case-by-case basis).

Wakatobi Resort is one of Indonesia’s top 5-star beach resort and is located in the Tukang Besi island group near Tomia, one of the four main islands that makes up the Wakatobi Regency. Their website says it best, “set amidst verdant landscaping along a white sand beach, Wakatobi’s grand villas and bungalows provide the perfect blend of natural surroundings and five-star amenities.
