If your preferred tour is available we will send a trip application and deposit payment details. Completed and returned applications, along with deposit payments will confirm your place on the tour. Please do not send deposits toward a preferred tour without contacting us to confirm availability. Please do not make non-refundable payments towards travel as part of your preferred tour (e.g. international flights or hotel bookings) until your reservation has been confirmed.
